Sandor was the best! he had an friendly demeanor, amazing vibes and energy. He was very hospitable. sandor ensured we got our bags and a bottle of champagne to our room very quickly! i loved the pool and large rooms. They are so spacious, bright and contain great mirrors. it's now our favorite hotel.
it wasn't a big deal, but housekeeping knocked multiple times while the do not disturb sign was on the door! this did wake me up a bit earlier than i wanted, so some better communication is needed.

the bellman sandor was helpful. he ensured baggage reached our room quickly. victoria, claudia and julie were also very helpful. all staff interactions seemed pleasant.

The pool area was attractive and offered a relaxing atmosphere. (I especially liked the cabanas)
The condition of the room was disappointing. It was quite worn. The TV reception was unreliable and cut out at times. Hallway noise was also noticeable and disruptive.

The pool area seemed nice with a chill vibe.
My check-in was a mess. I got a room key only to find someone already in the room. They started screaming. The hotel had also previously stated that they accept Wallet for incidentals, but they did not.

i found the rooms large and the beds very comfortable. the pool was awesome and well-kept. i particularly enjoyed the non-smoking rooms, free of any odors. it is a quiet hotel where you can stay in peace.

the pool area was very nice it had a fun vibe. the younger staff members were helpful and easy to work with. i received a free bottle of champagne after a stressful check in.
the cleaning was poor the room needed maintenance. i noticed traces of previous guests on the furniture. the furniture was not cleaned properly.
